Flight to Haiti

I am beginning my journey to three Latin American countries today. First I will fly to Haiti. Then, I will take a boat to the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua. Finally, I will take another boat to northern Chile. I am looking forward to spending two days in Haiti. The beautiful country is supposed to have mangrove trees, grasslands, swamps, and deserts in Port-au-Prince. Haiti is known for its mysterious Vodou practices. I plan to attend some of these Vodou ceremonies. Haiti’s healthcare is mainly supplied by other countries, because most of the country is impoverished. In order to prevent the possibility of getting a disease from the many mosquitoes that live on the island, I bought a bug net to wear as well as many bottles of bug spray. Most of the country cannot afford to eat meats so my appetite may be healthier as long as I eat like the natives. I need to go now, because my plane is boarding. I need all of the rest I can get in order to be ready for my adventure ahead.
